About the Role:
Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address relational and emotional issues.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.
- Supervision and professional development opportunities are offered.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Engage in community outreach and networking to promote mental health awareness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Current LMFT licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation: $104,000.00 - $141,000.00 per year
