About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Nobletherapyny.com as a Fully Remote MFT Limited Permit Therapist. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely.
- Manage a full-time caseload with a focus on client engagement and progress.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in therapy.
Requirements:
- Must hold a limited permit for Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).
- Experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Empathy and a client-centered approach to therapy.
